Port Saplaya: Venice of Valencia

Port Saplaya, also known as the Venice of Valencia due to its winding canals offers a peaceful escape from the bustling tourist crowds.

How exciting that you're moving to Spain! When my friends and I moved there, we first visited Port Saplaya, where we planned to live for the next month.

Port Saplaya is a charming beach village located just north of Valencia, and getting there is a breeze by bus or car. You can spend a relaxing day at the beach or stroll along the picturesque canals that weave their way through the village center.

There are also plenty of great places to eat in Port Saplaya, serving all sorts of delicious food. If you're looking for a filling lunch, you can grab a "Menu del dia" for around 15 euros, which will keep you satisfied until dinner. And you absolutely cannot miss out on Toni Horchataria's amazing ice cream!

If you're looking for a break from the usual tourist spots in Valencia, make sure you add Port Saplaya to your itinerary. Trust me, you won't regret it!

Hasta Luego mi amigos!
