I was always thinking of starting my own business but I never thought it would turn up like this. Also my wife was always dreaming of opening up her own restaurant, seems we both got a little what we asked for.
In a couple of months after we got a permit and my wife has stopped working at her current employer we will open up our own restaurant in Eindhoven.
After updating the kitchen and some other parts we will be ready to open.
We will remove quite some broken or obsolete hardware and buy the ones we need for our endeavour.
I will give an update when we are opened.
