So this is the first time I have been working my pizza skills, after getting the motivation to bake pizzas in my new BBQ (thanks to my employer).
I have been hitting the dough this saturday and on sunday we had the pizza as the dough needs some time to relax. After this I made the sauce on sunday just before putting it on the pizza.
Both my wife and I had a peperoni pizza with mozzerella, and for a first time I got a 7 out of 10 from my wife, so I can make them again.
Pointers for the next time:
- Give the dough more time to relax
- Make the sauce more wet
In the mean time feast on our feast!
